MEMBERSHIP FORMS
There are two forms, a Visitors form and an Application for Probationary Membership. You should present these documents in person, don't complete and e-mail them unless specifically asked.
You are strongly encouraged to complete the online Visitors form (as it saves the secretary retyping all your info):
Failing that, you can download and fill in the paper version.
The Application for Probationary Membership is much shorter and only exists as a paper form:
